We can see that many of these situations of life style mentioned above are due to lack of mastery over one’s emotional reactions. Mental benefits of yoga come from the harmonization of the body and the mind through meditation. Most people use yoga to release tension, improve relaxation, gain emotional balance, and enhance focus. Yoga also reduces panic attacks, blood problems, and muscle stress while improving self-confidence, joy levels, and strengthening your immune system. So, go grab your yoga mat and start on the road to a better you.
